Tonique Beauty & Spa was re-launched in 2000 by beauty therapist and owner/operator Joanne Thompson, to incorporate Day Spa facilities to the clinic and to increase the services and products available to clients.
The clinic has grown considerably over the past few years, taking it to new heights and it continues to do so with a team of highly professional, dedicated people who are always ready to provide the very best in care and service. Tonique has an ambience all of its own, it creates a feeling of warmth, relaxation, harmony and wellbeing. It is totally an uplifting experience and one you will never forget.

Tonique Beauty & Spa has won the prestigious Sothy's Supreme Clinic Award for the Wellington/Nelson region for 4 years running and have been rated as the 4th Top Sothy's Clinic in New Zealand.
More recently we have been listed as one of only three Beauty Therapy Clinics in New Zealand to meet the new Beauty Therapy National Compliance Standards Certificate, putting us well ahead as leaders in the field of excellence in beauty therapy. 2003 was yet another great year for us as we were awarded the coveted Wellington Top Shop Award for Health & Beauty.
